My intention was to make 1 set of cards… simple, straightforward, classic holiday-ish designs and be done.  Well that one set turned into SIX sets, HOLY SCHMOKES!   I swear this whole week is one big big blur to me!  My back hurts, my eyes are now crossed, and my mojo has left the building!  However, I am happy with the outcome, very happy actually!

Meet my ” 2011 Holiday Card Collection “….

You see, after making the first set (my “classic” set) and then remembering that Miller’s was now offering these AMAZING die cut cards, well, I had to adapt the original designs!  Then once that set was finished, I felt like making a different size and less “Christmas-y”… of course I had to do another LUXE option right?  The last set came from a trend I have been seeing a lot of this year… vintage carnival/circus items.  LOVE all the bright colors and FUN!

The basic sets (5×5 and 5×7 flat) will be sold individually also just in case someone spots 1 card they can’t live without.  Set 1 offers very traditional Christmas cards, but still has a variety of styles to appeal to those who like bright colors, more muted tones, or classic colors.  These flat cards are all created to WHCC specs, but can also be modified to suit whatever printer/lab you may use!

Set 2 I LOVE because they can easily be changed to suit your needs ALL year round!  Simply use the PSD files to take off any “holiday related” and they can be used as birth announcements, save the date’s, birth announcements, or even every day greeting cards.  Very classic and clean…

Set 3… oh Set 3. Vintage with a modern twist is all I can describe these as!  These would look absolutely amazing with all those muted, vintage presets and actions that are all the rage.

Before I get started on my weekend, I had to share another product that will be released on Monday.  I just got my sample in and think it turned out totally adorable… here is a little sneek peek:

Another spiral bound album from Color Inc.  This one is a 5 x 7 2011 calendar template set… each page is a different month, different photo “frame”.  For my sample album, I chose to not use client photos.  Instead I chose 1 picture I had taken during each of the months in 2010 (minus november & december obviously, so I cheated there lol).  Since this album was more just for me, I had fun with it and picked some of my favorite “non work” pictures

Oh and FYI, I also modified these 5×7′s to make a wallet accordion album and each of these are going to be PERFECT to treat clients to a little holiday gift!  Imagine their faces when you give them something they can put on their desk or throw in their purse and enjoy ALL year long!  Totally cute…
