Dairy Free ‘Oopsie’ Bread

  • 3 Large eggs (carefully separated)
  • 3 heaped tablespoons mayo
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar


Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silpat.
Step 2
Add egg yolks and salt to a bowl and mix with mayo. Beat until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Add egg whites to a large mixing bowl or stand mixer. Sprinkle on cream of tartar. Beat until stiff peaks form.
Step 4
Gently and carefully fold egg yolk mixture into egg white mixture. Divide and portion batter into 6 even mounds onto prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Do NOT over bake.
