Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cups coconut sugar

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients (Kodiak, spices, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Mix well.
Step 2
In a separate bowl or stand mixer, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Stir in pumpkin and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in three separate batches. Mix well until smooth. Cover and chill dough for at least 30 minutes.
Step 4
When you are ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Divide and portion dough onto prepared pans.
Step 5
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
