Probably the most frequent question I get almost on a daily basis… “What does your pantry look like?” Here is a basic outline of what you can find in my kitchen on any given day. For the most part, these are my clean eating “staples” and then I will also rotate vegetables & fruits depending on what’s available at the markets and what’s in season. These items make up at least 90% of what I eat and then I fill in 10% with goodies.
