Mocha Protein Truffles

Ingredients

  • 16oz low sodium garbanzo beans
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 scoops PEScience 'Iced Mocha' protein
  • 1/4 cup 'Chocolate' MuscleEgg
  • 3 tablespoons 'Coffee' BuffBake almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder

Directions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth. Divide and form truffles. Roll in extra cacao powder, add cacao nibs, peanut butter, or chopped chocolate mints if desired.
