Mocha Protein Truffles

Ingredients
- 16oz low sodium garbanzo beans
 - 2 tablespoons coconut flour
 - 2 scoops PEScience 'Iced Mocha' protein
 - 1/4 cup 'Chocolate' MuscleEgg
 - 3 tablespoons 'Coffee' BuffBake almond butter
 - 3 tablespoons cacao powder
 
Directions

| Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth. Divide and form truffles. Roll in extra cacao powder, add cacao nibs, peanut butter, or chopped chocolate mints if desired. | |
