SunButter Snickerdoodles
Ingredients
- 1 cup SunButter (sunflower seed butter)
- 1 Large whole eggs
- 2 tablespoons 'Pumpkin Spice' MuscleEgg egg whites
- 3 tablespoons Kodiak 'Super Food' Mix
- 3 tablespoons Swerve or sweetener of choice
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons milk of choice
Directions
Step 1 | |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment or coat with non stick spray. | |
Step 2 | |
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sweetener, and cinnamon. Mix and set aside. | |
Step 3 | |
In a large bowl or stand mixer add nut butter, egg, MuscleEgg, milk and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated. | |
Step 4 | |
Portion and scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet. These will not rise much so flatten into the desired shape/size you would like. Bake for 7-10 minutes, just until set. |
