SunButter Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup SunButter (sunflower seed butter)
  • 1 Large whole eggs
  • 2 tablespoons 'Pumpkin Spice' MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 3 tablespoons Kodiak 'Super Food' Mix
  • 3 tablespoons Swerve or sweetener of choice
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons milk of choice

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment or coat with non stick spray.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sweetener, and cinnamon. Mix and set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl or stand mixer add nut butter, egg, MuscleEgg, milk and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
Step 4
Portion and scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet. These will not rise much so flatten into the desired shape/size you would like. Bake for 7-10 minutes, just until set.
