Avocado Power Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 handful spinach
- 1/2 cup 'vanilla MuscleEgg egg whites
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 Medium ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon stevia, honey, or sweetener of choice
Directions
Step 1 | |
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and mix on high until smooth. | |
Step 2 | |
Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings (chia seeds, figs, fruit, nuts, cacao, etc.) |
