Triple Chocolate Flax Crackers
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole flax seeds
- 1 cup chocolate MuscleEgg egg whites
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon stevia or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Step 1 | |
Add flax seed, egg whites, and sweetener to a large bowl. Stir well, cover, and let sit for at least 4-5 hours or even over night. | |
Step 2 | |
Preheat oven to 325° and line a baking sheet with a silpat or parchment paper. | |
Step 3 | |
Remove cover, add chocolate chips, and gently stir mixture together. Place onto prepared baking sheet. Flatten out to slightly less than 1/4" thickness. The thicker it bakes, the longer cooking time will be needed. | |
Step 4 | |
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, then flip over (it will stay in one whole sheet). Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until the center is nearly as crispy as the edges. Turn OFF oven, open door slightly, and let crackers dry out completely. | |
Step 5 | |
Remove from oven and break apart into desired portions. |
