Triple Chocolate Oat Soft Baked Cookies

Ingredients

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat.
Step 2
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream butter, brown sugar, and stevia until light and fluffy. Add vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine oats, kodiak, salt, and baking powder.
Step 3
With stand mixer on low speed, slowly add dry ingredients. Mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Step 4
Bake for 12-15 minutes until center of each cookie is set, but still soft.
