S’Mores Brookies

Ingredients

  • 1 box Kodiak Cakes 'Big Bear Brownie' Mix
  • 1 box Kodiak Cakes 'Bear Country' Cookie Mix
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 sheets graham crackers
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 Large whole eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 sheets graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup mini marshmallows

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° and coat a 9x12 baking dish with non stick spray or coconut oil.
Step 2
Make brownie batter and cookie dough in separate bowls according to instructions on box.
Step 3
Pour brownie batter into pan first, then add cookie dough. Spread evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes until edges of cookie are golden brown and center is set. Remove from oven and let cool.
Step 4
Prepare topping by adding chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small bowl. Place in microwave in 20 second increments until melted. Drizzle on top of 'brookies', then sprinkle on mini marshmallows and crumbled graham crackers.
