Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons softened butter

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or a silpat.
Step 2
Combine dry ingredients into a bowl (oats, kodiak, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and protein powder). Set aside.
Step 3
Add butter, sweetener, and vanilla to a stand mixer or bowl. Mix on high until light and fluffy. Slowly add dry ingredients in 2 batches. Add 1-2 tablespoons of milk if necessary (will vary depend on your protein powder). Stir in dried cranberries.
Step 4
Portion and scoop cookie dough onto prepared pans. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
