Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 1 Medium zucchinis
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 3 tablespoons plain organic MuscleEgg egg whites
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil
Directions

| Place cauliflower and zucchini in a large food processor. Blend until very fine. Place contents on a kitchen towel and squeeze out excess water. Add back to food processor. | |

| Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Carefully remove blade and form patties. | |

| Preheat a cast iron skillet or preferred pan and melt butter. Add patties to hot pan and cook 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown. | |
