Ingredients

  • 6 cashews (soaked overnight & drained)
  • 4 almonds (soaked overnight & drained)
  • 2 dates
  • 3 tablespoons Mint Chocolate MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 1 scoop 'Chocolate' Protein Powder
  • 3-4 Small fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, butter, or ghee
  • 2-3 drops peppermint essential oil

Directions

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a small food processor and blend on high until mixture forms a large ball.
Step 2
Carefully remove blade and dough. Form into small bars. Refrigerate until set.
