Ingredients
- 3/4 cups Kodiak Power Cakes
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice
- 1 Large whole egg
- 1 scoop cookies & cream or vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Cookies & Cream Detour Lean Muscle Bar (chopped into small pieces)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Combine all ingredients (except bar) into a large mixing bowl. Mix well until smooth. Let sit for 5 minutes. | |
Step 2 | |
Preheat skillet and coat with butter or non stick spray. | |
Step 3 | |
Add 1/3 cup of batter to hot pan per pancake. Sprinkle pieces of Detour bar on pancakes. Cover and cook for 1 minute until bubbles form on the top of each pancake. Flip and cook until golden brown. |
