Pickled Ginger
Ingredients
- 3/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons pink salt
- 1 cup thinly sliced ginger
- 40 drops stevia

Add all ingredients to a small pot, simmer for 5-6 minutes, remove from heat and let cool completely before storing in a glass jar. |
