Ingredients
- 1 cup Kodiak Cakes "Pumpkin Flax" Baking Mix
- 1 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 Large whole egg
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon stevia or sweetener of choice
Directions

| Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth. | |

| Preheat a large skillet and coat with butter or non stick spray. | |
