Ingredients

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting
  • 2 tablespoons Chocolate MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a 13x9 baking pan with butter or non stick spray.
Step 2
Make cake by adding cake mix with 1 1/4 cup of water, 1/3 cup of oil, and egg whites. Mix until smooth. Add to pan and bake for 35-38 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Step 3
Crumble cake into a large bowl (reserve 2 tbsp of cake) and stir in cream cheese frosting and MuscleEgg. Form into 1" balls and place in the fridge to set.
Step 4
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave until smooth. Coat each cake bite with white chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with reserved crumbled cake.
