Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 Small yellow onion
- 1/2 cup Frank's Buffalo Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions

Add onion, spices, and buffalo sauce to the bottom of a crockpot (or Instant Pot). Stir well. Add chicken breasts, toss to coat. Replace lid and cook on HIGH for 6 hours (25 minutes on the Instant Pot). | |

At the end of the cook time, remove lid and shred chicken. | |
Step 3 | |
Stir in cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Top with additional cheddar cheese if desired. |
