Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 tablespoon swerve, lakanto, or sweetener of choice
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 scoops Perfect Keto 'vanilla' collagen
- 1 Large whole eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Directions

Combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a large bowl or stand mixer. Mix well until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. | |

Preheat donut hole maker and coat with non stick spray. Pour batter in and cook 2-3 minutes. Remove and repeat with remaining batter. |
