Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 2 Large whole eggs
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup stevia or sweetener or choice

Add all ingredients into a large bowl or stand mixer. Mix well until thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or over night. | |

When you are ready to bake the cookies, preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form 1 tbsp of dough into a ball. Roll in powdered sugar and place on baking sheet. | |
Step 3 | |
Bake for 9-10 minutes. |
