Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 heaped tablespoons dark cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon Swerve, golden Lakanto, or keto friendly sweetener of choicee ve
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 Large egg whites
- 1/3 cup brewed espresso
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened milk of choice
