Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 heaped tablespoons dark cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon Swerve, golden Lakanto, or keto friendly sweetener of choicee ve
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 Large egg whites
- 1/3 cup brewed espresso
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened milk of choice
Directions

Add egg whites to a large bowl or stand mixer. Whisk on high for 1-2 minutes until stiff peaks form. | |

Add coconut flour, cacao powder, baking powder, salt, and sweetener into a small bowl. Whisk until combined. | |
