Perfect Keto Instant Pot Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive olive
  • 1 Small onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Medium green pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Medium red pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1lb ground turkey
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8oz tomato paste
  • 1 cup bone broth (chicken or beef)

Optional

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream or coconut milk yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons green onion

Directions

Step 1
Turn Instant Pot ON and press SAUTE function, + 10 minutes. Add olive oil to pot, then ground turkey. Brown for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Add onions, peppers, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in tomato paste. Mix well.
Step 3
Turn Instant Pot OFF, then back on and press MANUAL, + 20 minutes. Replace cover and close valve/seal.
Step 4
When timer goes off, manually release pressure. Stir well. Serve with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and sliced green onions.
