Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive olive
- 1 Small onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 Medium green pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 Medium red pepper (thinly sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1lb ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8oz tomato paste
- 1 cup bone broth (chicken or beef)
Optional
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons sour cream or coconut milk yogurt
- 4 tablespoons green onion
Directions
Step 1 | |
Turn Instant Pot ON and press SAUTE function, + 10 minutes. Add olive oil to pot, then ground turkey. Brown for 2-3 minutes. | |

Add onions, peppers, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in tomato paste. Mix well. | |
Step 3 | |
Turn Instant Pot OFF, then back on and press MANUAL, + 20 minutes. Replace cover and close valve/seal. | |
Step 4 | |
When timer goes off, manually release pressure. Stir well. Serve with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and sliced green onions. |
