Ingredients
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 3 tablespoons red vine vinegar
- 3 heaped tablespoons lime juice
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 3-4 tablespoons chicken stock

Add all ingredients to a large food processor. Blend until well combined and herbs are finely chopped. If you would like a thinner sauce, add chicken stock to desired consistency. |
