Ingredients
- 17.5oz Plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened milk of choice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Swerve, Lakanto, or Keto friendly sweetener of choice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

| Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and mix on high until smooth. Adjust sweetener to taste. Pour contents into a ice cream maker and churn to desired consistency. If you do not have an ice cream maker, pour contents into a large shallow dish and freeze, stirring every 1/2 hour until set. | |
