Step 1

| Preheat oven to 375F and coat an angel food pan with non stick spray. Sift cake flour and 1/2 cup stevia/sugar into a bowl and set aside. |

| In a separate bowl or stand mixer, beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt until it forms soft peaks. Slowly drizzle in MuscleEgg with mixer on high. Sprinkle in remaining 1/2 cup stevia/sugar slowly, and then continue to beat on high until stiff peaks form. |

| With mixer on low, slowly add in flour mixture and vanilla extract, stop as soon as batter is incorporated. Do not over mix. Gently fold in the sides and bottoms of bowl. |

Step 4

| Gently add batter to prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes until top is golden brown and springs back to the touch. |

Step 5
|
|
| Invert pan upside down and let cool completely. Run a knife around the sides of the pan and gently remove from pan. Slice and serve with berries. |
