21- Bacon Ranch Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 Large Hard boiled eggs (yolks and whites separated)
  • 3 thick slices Bacon
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise (+ 2 tablespoons)
  • 3/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 splash apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1
Cook bacon in a small pan until crisp. Let drain on a paper towel. Reserve grease.
Step 2
Add mayonnaise, bacon grease, apple cider vinegar and all seasonings/spices to a large bowl. Mix well until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Step 3
Add chopped egg yolks to mayonnaise mixture and stir well until all ingredients are well distributed.
Step 4
Fill egg whites and top with chopped bacon and chives.
