Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Perfect Keto Butter or almond butter (softened)
- 2 scoops Perfect Keto 'vanilla' collagen
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Large whole eggs
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar free chocolate chips or cacao nibs

| Add all ingredients to a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Let sit 2-3 minutes while pan heats up. | |

| Lightly grease pan with butter or non stick spray. Divide and pour batter onto pan. Cook pancakes 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Top with sugar free syrup and berries if desired. | |
