Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 scoops MuscleEgg 'Chocolate' Egg White Protein Powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 2 tablespoons raw almonds

Optional

  • toasted coconut

Directions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a mason jar and stir well. Store in the fridge overnight to set. Re-stir when ready to eat. Add toasted coconut, almonds, or sugar free chocolate syrup on top if desired.
