Ingredients
- 5oz canned tuna
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 2 radishes (sliced thin)
- 1 Medium stalk celery (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon red onion (finely chopped)
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pinch pepper

Combine mayo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a medium sized bowl. Whisk well until smooth. Add tuna, celery, radishes, and parsley. Stir well until combined. Adjust seasoning if needed. Add tuna to a bed of greens or serve on cucumber slices. |
