Ingredients

  • 5oz canned tuna
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 radishes (sliced thin)
  • 1 Medium stalk celery (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon red onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pinch pepper

Directions

Step 1
Combine mayo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a medium sized bowl. Whisk well until smooth. Add tuna, celery, radishes, and parsley. Stir well until combined. Adjust seasoning if needed. Add tuna to a bed of greens or serve on cucumber slices.
