Ingredients
- 6 Large whole eggs
- 2 cups MuscleEgg egg whites
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Optional
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup ham
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat a 11x14 sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray. | |

Whisk the eggs, salt, and pepper together and pour on the sheet pan. Bake for 20-22 minutes until eggs are cooked through (no loose liquid) and it has begun to pull away from the edges slightly. | |
Step 3 | |
Slice into equal pieces and use on sandwiches or in wraps. |
