Ingredients
- 6 Large hard boiled eggs
- 1 Large avocado
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions

| Cut the eggs length-wise, remove the yolks. Set aside. | |
