Perfect Keto Avocado Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 Large hard boiled eggs
  • 1 Large avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions

Step 1
Cut the eggs length-wise, remove the yolks. Set aside.
Step 2
Add egg yolks, avocado, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Mash and stir well to combine.
Step 3
Arrange egg white halves on a large platter. Fill with avocado/egg yolk mixture. Garnish with a pinch of paprika and extra cilantro if desired.
