Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes 'Power Cakes'
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3/4 cups oat bran
- 1/2 cup baking stevia or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cups ground flax seed
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup MuscleEgg 'Vanilla' egg whites
- 3/4 cups milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

| Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a muffin tin with non stick spray or use liners. | |

| Add all dry ingredients to a stand mixer or large bowl. Whisk to combine. Add remaining ingredients except blueberries. Mix on high until smooth and well combined. Stir in blueberries. | |

| Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown on edges and a toothpick comes out clean when poked through the center of each muffin. | |
