| Add coconut cream (or heavy cream), egg yolks, brewed espresso, and sweetener to a small pot. Cook under low fire for 5-6 minutes while whisk frequently until mixture is smooth and just comes to a small bubble. Remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes. |

| Add mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturers instructions. When mixture becomes soft serve consistency, add chocolate chips. |

| Remove from ice cream maker and pour into a freezer safe container. Swirl in Perfect Keto nut butter. Enjoy immediately as a soft serve ice cream or freeze until firm. |
