| Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper. |

| In a medium saucepan or pot set to medium heat, bring the butter and heavy cream or coconut cream to a soft boil. Remove from heat and add the coconut butter and vanilla extract. |

| Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Beat in the powdered keto sweetener 1/3 cup at a time. Sprinkle in coconut flour and work into mixture. |

| Press evenly into the prepared loaf pan and refrigerate until set, 1-2 hours. Remove from pan and cut evenly into small pieces. Store leftovers in the fridge. |
