Chocolate Covered Strawberry Donuts

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 scoop Chocolate Truffle Trutein Protein
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder (I used Hershey's dark)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Chocolate MuscleEgg egg whites
- 40 drops Double Chocolate Sweet Leaf Stevia Drops
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil (** TOPPING **)
- 1 tablespoon Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips (** TOPPING **)
- 3-4 Medium strawberries (chopped) (** TOPPING **)
Directions

| Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a donut pan with non stick spray. | |

| Combine all ingredients (except coconut oil, chocolate chips, and strawberries) in a medium sized bowl. Mix until well incorporated and batter is smooth. | |

| Spoon batter into prepared pan and bake for 12-15 minutes and sides have pulled away from the edges. | |
| Step 4 | |
| Prepare topping by melting coconut oil and chocolate chips in the microwave. Melt in 15-20 second increments and stir until smooth. | |
| Step 5 | |
| Drizzle chocolate over donuts and add chopped strawberries. | |
