Chocolate Covered Strawberry Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Truffle Trutein Protein
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder (I used Hershey's dark)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 40 drops Double Chocolate Sweet Leaf Stevia Drops
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil (** TOPPING **)
  • 1 tablespoon Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips (** TOPPING **)
  • 3-4 Medium strawberries (chopped) (** TOPPING **)

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a donut pan with non stick spray.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients (except coconut oil, chocolate chips, and strawberries) in a medium sized bowl. Mix until well incorporated and batter is smooth.
Step 3
Spoon batter into prepared pan and bake for 12-15 minutes and sides have pulled away from the edges.
Step 4
Prepare topping by melting coconut oil and chocolate chips in the microwave. Melt in 15-20 second increments and stir until smooth.
Step 5
Drizzle chocolate over donuts and add chopped strawberries.
