Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Kodiak Brownie Mix (Kodiak)
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons PEScience Snickerdoodle protein (can omit and add an additional 2 tbsp Kodiak instead if desired)
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons softened butter or coconut oil
- 1/4 cup Chocolate MuscleEgg egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 60 drops Double Chocolate Sweet Leaf Stevia Drops (or 2 tbsp sweetener of choice)
- 2 tablespoons Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips (** TOPPING **)
Optional
- 2 tablespoons mini marshmallows or vegan marshmallows (** TOPPING **)
- 2 tablespoons Emmy's chocolate sauce (** TOPPING **)
Directions
Step 1

| Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a cookie sheet with a silpat or coat with non stick spray. |
Step 2

| Combine all cookie ingredients in a large bowl (everything except chocolate chips, marshmallows, and chocolate sauce). Mix until smooth and everything is well incorporated. |
Step 3

| Divide dough into 12 cookies and place on your cookie sheet. Add a few chocolate chips to the tops of each cookie. Press dough down evenly. |
Step 4

| Bake for 14-16 minutes until set. |
Step 5
|
| Remove from oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes then add marshmallow, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and sprinkle with cinnamon. |
