Confetti Cakes In a Jar

Ingredients
- 2 cups Kodiak Power Cakes
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup stevia or sweetener of choice
- 1 Large whole egg
- 1/3 cup Cake Batter MuscleEgg egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon butter extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons sprinkles
- 4oz Fat Free Cool Whip (** FILLING **)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein (** FILLING **)
- 2 tablespoons Cake Batter MuscleEgg (** FILLING **)
- 2 tablespoons milk of choice (** FILLING **)
Directions
Step 1

| Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper and non stick spray. |
Step 2

| Combine all cake ingredients in a large bowl or stand mixer. Mix until smooth. Adjust sweetener if desired. Stir in sprinkles. Pour into prepared sheet pan and bake 12-15 minutes until cake is set and a toothpick comes out clean when poked through the center. Remove from oven and let cool completely. |
Step 3

| Prepare filling by combining cool whip, protein, MuscleEgg, and enough milk to make a nice thick pudding type consistency. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes to set if desired. |
Step 4

| Using a circle cookie or biscuit cutter the same diameter of your jars, cut circles from cake. Layer jars with cake and filling mixture. Serve immediately or you can refrigerate overnight if desired. |
