Simple Low Carb ‘Magic’ Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kodiak Power Cakes
  • 1/3 cup Cake Batter MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup toasted coconut chips
  • 1 'Salted Caramel Cookie Dough' Detour bar (www.detourbars.com)
  • 2 tablespoons Smucker's Sugar Free caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse pink himalayan salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper or coat with non stick spray.
Step 2
In a bowl or stand mixer, combine Kodiak cakes, milk, MuscleEgg egg whites, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
Step 3
Press into prepared pan. Top with toasted coconut chips and chopped Detour Bar. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
Step 4
Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with course salt.
