Simple Low Carb ‘Magic’ Bars
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kodiak Power Cakes
- 1/3 cup Cake Batter MuscleEgg egg whites
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 cup toasted coconut chips
- 1 'Salted Caramel Cookie Dough' Detour bar (www.detourbars.com)
- 2 tablespoons Smucker's Sugar Free caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse pink himalayan salt
Directions
Step 1 | |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper or coat with non stick spray. | |
Step 2 | |
In a bowl or stand mixer, combine Kodiak cakes, milk, MuscleEgg egg whites, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined. | |
Step 3 | |
Press into prepared pan. Top with toasted coconut chips and chopped Detour Bar. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. | |
Step 4 | |
Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with course salt. |
