Strawberry Protein Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Strawberry MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 6 Medium strawberries (chopped)
  • 4 medium slices Nature's Harvest Light whole wheat bread
  • 3 teaspoons coconut sugar

Directions

Step 1
Combine egg whites, milk, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla extract in a deep shallow bowl. Stir in chopped strawberries. Cut bread into 1" cubes. Submerge bread in egg mixture and let soak for 3-5 minutes. Coat 2 ramekins with non stick spray.
Step 2
Divide mixture into ramekins and sprinkle with coconut sugar. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are firm and golden brown.
Step 3
Serve warm with ice cream.
