Caramel Peanut Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 15oz garbanzo beans (no salt added) (rinsed & drained)
  • 3 heaped tablespoons BuffBake 'Cookie' Peanut Butter
  • 1 scoop PEScience Peanut Butter Cup Select protein
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4-5 tablespoons milk of choice
  • 1 'Caramel Peanut' Detour Simple Bar (chopped into small pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons peanuts (roughly chopped)

Directions

Step 1
In a large food processor, add garbanzo beans, nut butter, extract, protein, and milk. Blend until very smooth. Add additional milk of you prefer a thinner consistency.
Step 2
Remove blad and stir in chopped Detour bar and peanuts. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
