Caramel Peanut Butter Protein Cups
Ingredients
- 1 'Caramel' Detour SIMPLE bar
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter of choice
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 4 tablespoons water or milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon Walden's caramel dip or sugar free caramel

Remove Detour Simple bar from wrapper, cut in half, and microwave on high for 8-10 seconds. Press each 1/2 into the bottom of 2 silicon molds. Add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter into each base. Set aside. | |
Step 2 | |
In a small bowl, combine protein powder, caramel, and milk/water. Mixture should be thick (like cookie dough). Divide mixture and press onto tops of peanut butter layer. | |
Step 3 | |
Place in freezer for 2-3 hours or until set. |
