Strawberry Kiwi Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup quick oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop 'Vanilla' Pretty Fit whey protein
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry MuscleEgg egg whites
  • 1/3-1/2 cup milk of choice ((add milk to desired consistency))
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 thinly sliced kiwi
  • 5 Medium chopped strawberries

Optional

  • 1/4 cup finely shredded zucchini

Directions

Step 1
Add oats, protein powder, and chia seeds to a small jar. Add optional liquid egg whites and milk to desired consistency (this will thicken slightly after a few hours/overnight). Add sweetener and optional zucchini. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Add fruit. Place in fridge for 2-3 hours, preferably overnight.
