Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Kodiak 'Super Food' Mix
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 ° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a split.
Step 2
In the bowl of a stand mixer, slowly stir together Kodiak mix, coconut sugar, 1 tsp of salt, and melted coconut oil. Slowly add water a little at a time until dough comes together into a ball.
Step 3
Dust counter or board with some extra Kodiak mix and turn out dough. Knead for 15-30 seconds. Using a roll pin, flatten dough to 1/8" or desired thickness for crackers. Cut into 2" pieces or use a small biscuit cutter. Place each crackers onto prepared baking sheet.
Step 4
Sprinkle evenly with spices and bake for 15 minutes until your edges are golden brown. (time will vary depending on how thick your crackers are).
