Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kodiak
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 Large whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup peanut or alone butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar free maple syrup
  • 3/4 cups cranberries, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and chia seeds (** choose any combination to equal 3/4 cups **)

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well incorporated. Portion and divide dough onto baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly golden brown.
