- 4 medium slices pepper jack cheese
- 1 Medium jalapeño pepper

| Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat. | |

| Cut cheese slices into 4 equal pieces and place on baking sheet (at least 1" apart). Add a slice of jalapeño to the center of cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before storing in an air tight container. | |
