Ingredients
- 1 Large avocado
- 1 can tuna in olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red onion (thinly sliced)
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 cup cucumber (diced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 Large Romaine lettuce leaves

| Add tuna to a medium sized bowl and break apart with a fork. Add remaining ingredients except lettuce. Mix well until thoroughly combined. Adjust seasoning to taste. Add mixture to lettuce cups and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro if desired. | |
