Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 8 thick slices bacon
- 1lb brussel sprouts (sliced in half)
- 1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

| Preheat oven to 375F. Add sliced brussel sprouts to sheet pan. Toss with olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. | |

| Lightly season chicken thighs with garlic powder, remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Wrap slice of bacon around each chicken thigh. Place on sheet pan with brussel sprouts. | |
