21- Coconut Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1 scoop Perfect Keto 'vanilla' collagen
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons swerve, golden Lakanto, or keto friendly sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl and stir well until well combined and evenly distributed. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to firm slightly, about 15 to 30 minutes.
Step 2
Scoop dough into small balls and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and store in the refrigerator or store in the freezer for up to 1 month
