Ingredients
- 6 Large Hard boiled eggs (yolks and whites separated)
- 3 thick slices Bacon
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise (+ 2 tablespoons)
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dill
- 1/2 teaspoon Parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 splash apple cider vinegar
Directions

| Cook bacon in a small pan until crisp. Let drain on a paper towel. Reserve grease. | |

| Add mayonnaise, bacon grease, apple cider vinegar and all seasonings/spices to a large bowl. Mix well until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste. | |

| Add chopped egg yolks to mayonnaise mixture and stir well until all ingredients are well distributed. | |

| Fill egg whites and top with chopped bacon and chives. | |
