Step 1

| In a large bowl, combine ground beef with seasoning, spices, garlic, worchestshire sauce. Mix with hands until ingredients are well distributed. Form into four patties and set aside. |

| Heat a cast iron skillet or pan and add bacon slices. Cook until crisp. Remove from heat and let drain on a paper towel. |

| Add onions and mushrooms to pan with reserved bacon grease. Sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes. |

| Cook patties on griddle pan or BBQ until desired wellness. Top with cheese if desired. Assemble burgers using cloud bread buns, tomato slices, pickles, and onion/mushroom mixture. |
