21- loaded cloud bread burgers

Ingredients

  • 1lb grass fed ground beef
  • 4 thick slices bacon
  • 4 tablespoons Sliced pickles
  • 1 Medium onion (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced thin)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
  • 8 cloud bread slices

Optional

  • 4 thick slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 Small tomato

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine ground beef with seasoning, spices, garlic, worchestshire sauce. Mix with hands until ingredients are well distributed. Form into four patties and set aside.
Step 2
Heat a cast iron skillet or pan and add bacon slices. Cook until crisp. Remove from heat and let drain on a paper towel.
Step 3
Add onions and mushrooms to pan with reserved bacon grease. Sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Cook patties on griddle pan or BBQ until desired wellness. Top with cheese if desired. Assemble burgers using cloud bread buns, tomato slices, pickles, and onion/mushroom mixture.
